Andy is currently a support engineer for OpenShift Online at Red Hat. Prior to that, he spent 5 years as a Linux Sys Admin at LexisNexis, then 7 years in various customer and community facing roles at Eucalyptus, rPath, and Ingres. He is passionate about solving users' problems and fixing bugs in the process.
