I would like to propose some standard procedures regarding the events and some ideas on how the ambassadors and mentors can be more engaged with Fedora and their local communities. Given the fact that the whole Fedora community is going to be present, it is a good opportunity to discuss, elaborate and come out with some workable solutions. We have to identify and engage more people in "idle" communities and provide them with all the necessary tools in order to build stronger communities. We don't need simply more events, we need more "efficient" events based on the needs and preferences of each community in order to seek more contributors and active members.
